Deadlines are promises
If a date is going to slip, you hear it from us before it slips — with a revised plan attached, not an apology.
Prsolution started in 2019 with two people, one laptop and a rented desk. We now run design, marketing and development under one roof at Suratvala Mark Plazo — and we still answer our own phone.
Our founders spent their early careers in Pune's IT corridor, watching small and mid-sized companies pay for websites nobody visited and campaigns nobody measured. The work looked fine. It just didn't do anything.
So we set up with a simple rule: before we design a single screen, we agree on the number the project is supposed to move. Sometimes that's enquiries. Sometimes it's hours of admin removed from someone's week. Either way, it gets written down, and every review comes back to it.
Seven years later that rule is still the reason most of our new business comes from clients recommending us to someone else.
These are the commitments we make on day one, in writing, on every project.
If a date is going to slip, you hear it from us before it slips — with a revised plan attached, not an apology.
Domains, hosting, code, ad accounts and analytics are in your name from day one. No hostage situations.
Plain numbers, plain language, and an honest note about what didn't work that month.
You get a named project lead who has actually worked on your build — not an account manager relaying messages between departments. They give you their mobile number.
If your budget is better used somewhere other than what you asked for — or somewhere other than with us — we say so. It costs us a project occasionally and earns us referrals constantly.
Designers, developers, marketers and a QA lead who sit within earshot of each other. Here's who you're most likely to work with.
Four designers covering brand, UI and creative production for campaigns. Every project starts here.
Seven engineers across WordPress, Shopify, React, Laravel and native mobile, with one QA lead testing everything before it ships.
Five specialists split between SEO and content, and paid media across Meta and Google.
They rebuilt our site in three weeks and our enquiries tripled in the first quarter. What I value most is that they explain the numbers instead of hiding behind them.
We came for a website and ended up with a dispatch system that saved our ops team most of a working week. They actually sat in our warehouse to understand the process.
Our Facebook ads had been running for a year with almost nothing to show. Within two months the cost per enquiry dropped by more than half and we could finally forecast.
We're on the seventh floor at Suratvala Mark Plazo, two minutes from Bhujbal Chowk. Coffee is on us.
